Ingredients:
- 10-12 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup finely crush cornflake
- 1 cup plain flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 tablespoon chicken stock powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- Place drumsticks in a large pan of boiling water, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, wait for few minutes or until the chiken is almost cooked, drain.
- Combine cornflake, flour, celery salt, onion salt, stock powder, garlic powder and pepper in a medium bowl
- Place drumstick in a large bowl.
- Dip wet drumstick into season flour mixture one at a time, and shake off access.
- Heat oil in heavy-based pan.
- Add drumstick and cook few in a lower heat. Cook for few minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. . Drain on paper towel.
